Rodger Hort Photography

This is one of my first "serious panoramas" taken over 16 years ago. It was taken shortly after six o'clock on an October evening - I couldn't believe my luck coming down to the South Thompson River to see and photograph this beautiful fall landscape. The sun had almost completely set behind the hills to my back as the last rays kissed the hilltops on the north bank opposite me. One does not often see fall colours like these in a desert-like climate that is Kamloops. Luck is where you find it - just don't forget your camera.
